So it’s been 2 years since I discovered that I can’t have gluten or dairy due to the hormonal issues. It was high time I started preparing my own gluten & dairy free recipes as the gluten and dairy intake would give me a tough time. The below recipe is something I tried and found very delicious. Hope you like it too! So here goes …
The Ingredients for this recipe include
1. Raw Oats – 1 cup
2. 1 banana
3. 1 cup of Almond milk
4. 1 egg
5. 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
6. Pinch of cinnamon
To make the mixture I used the blender and added more almond milk if the mixture was too thick. Just make sure the mixture is smooth and not too watery.
Heat a griddle or pan and pour the mixture. You can make up to 8 pancakes 🥞
Once you have made the pancakes, add your favourite fruits and honey 🍯 I added raspberries and banana 😋
